Jonas Wagner of Long Island's Finest Homes handled the sale of my co-op. From first showing to contract was 6 weeks! There were several open house showings and Jonas was helpful and professional, being on time every time, and answering all my questions. The residence I was selling is small, but Jonas provided me with such great service, it was as though he were showing a much larger, more expensive home. Jonas certainly exceeded my expectations ! I would not recommend business with this company when Gigi Bowman is one that represents the kind of people who work for them. I'm currently renting a property she listed last year where she vouched for our landlord to be a responsible landlord, therefore, we put our trust in her and wrote her a check and signed the lease. There was even a broken window that she assured would be taken care of immediately.
