12/12/2020 Hi Brain, This morning it has no heat again. your company install NCB240E cost me $7625. since your company not honor the work that you did within warranty period. I reported to consumer affair to investigate your qualifications of your technicians of the High efficiency Navient boiler installer. Fred did an outstanding job tuning up our oil burner. He was friendly, approachable, and took the time to explain what he was doing in clear terms. He was knowledgeable and meticulous going above and beyond to ensure the system was in the best shape. Highly recommend Fred!
They lied to me multiple times. They're licence in the Town of Huntington was SUSPENDED and they still did the work on my house and when it came time to do the inspections for the Town they lied and said they don't have a certificate. I had to wait 5 MONTHS FOR INSPECTION. Second lie was i asked them to place a tee in the gas line for a future fixure and cap it off. They lied and said it's against code. Which isn't true. They make more money by breaking down all your pipes and redoing the whole thing at the tee mark
