They had replacement in stock and were installed by qualified personnel in one day. Coordination was excellent with the main office and installers. Would use them again for other repairs in the house,

2 days before Christmas, we lost heat on the house we recently purchased. We called Burner King and they were able to send someone out fast. Turns out the water burner was in bad shape and wasn't maintained since the original installation 13 years ago. The only solution was to replace the entire unit. Since most places would be closed the next 2 days, they had to get it done that day. They pulled some of their crew off a non-emergency project just to help us which we were extremely grateful for.
