Got a new HVAC system from burner king on Monday, they were quick, efficient and very helpful. Had a slight problem with my freon and Fred came over and was a doll. Super helpful and personable. Highly recommend the company and fred. Have had a few hiccups since the installation but the company was very response and helpful. Took their time with everything and very thorough. Would highly recommend.
On September 11 I had a new boiler and hot water heater installed. 4 guys showed up and immediately started working, each one operating independently but in unison. They worked with orchestrated precision. Quiet and clean. 3.5 hours later they explained exactly how to operate my new system. Fabulous job, also had them back for a pool heater
I wanted to set up a yearly maintenance, which I was going to get charged $330. Because I had 2 zones, I had a guy. Come in two weeks ago, stating that for him to set up the yearly maintenance. It had to he had to charge me an additional hour. So I said, but doesn't the maintenance cover that he said, no, not this much of such. We came home from vacation to cold water and Fred came to review our hot water heater and make repairs. He changed the thermopile and swapped out a bad gas valve. He also found a ton of sediment in our hot water heater. We spent a good period of time flushing out the system and making everything right again. Fred is very knowledgeable, works quickly, and made some good suggestions for adding water filtration. Fred was patient and answered all of my questions. He left us with everything working great!
Couldn't be happier with the service i had from Fred at burner king. He was able to explain what was going on causing my hot water heater to shut down and fix it quickly when everyone else wanted to sell me on a new one. Saved me tons of time ad aggrevation. Highly recommend Fred
