Great gym and physical rehab. Very professional staff and friendly environment.
Was here about a decade ago for my pre-shoulder decompression surgery, and currently for my daughter's hip rehab. She tore her labrum in two places, and schredded the LT ligament during volleyball. Very hands on, and working wonders for my daughter. Highly recommend Lois, Michelle & Co.
Not too big and extremely personable. Helped me lose 60 pounds
