My Mum has just moved into aged care after living on Long Island for 25 years. Previous owners were amazing to deal with. Centennial Living are not! Their communication is impossible. Takes them two weeks to reply to emails, despite asking again and again. After leaving, you’re left out of pocket into the thousands of dollars ($12,000 in our case) until the unit is refurbished, sold and settled and we won’t get that back. Turned down here by accident and it is so beautiful and calm!! The houses all had an lovely look about them and it was not a busy space
