During this hectic week that I was having, it was wonderful to sit back and relax and have Victoria do a wonderful job giving my teeth a good cleaning. I always feel refreshed and rejuvenated when I leave Long Island Dental Excellence.
My teeth cleaning today with Denise could not have been better. She is kind, understanding and strives to make me as comfortable as possible. And, of course, Dr. Rechter always puts me at ease. The front desk was its usual - professional and caring. Sherry always makes me feel “at home”.
I never realized how much I miss coming to Dental Excellence.. I wasn't able to have my last visit because I had to have cataract surgery and I finally made it in yesterday... I was treated as if I never left! There is so much kindness and consideration here that it really cannot be measured... The quality of service is unmatched anywhere... Dr. Rechter is great... No matter what members of the L.I; Dental Team I see at my appointments, from the Dentists, Hygienists, and Office Staff, they are always welcoming, and help to alleviate any fears or concerns I may have. My treatment plan is explained honestly, and without pressure, I am very pleased to have found this dental office.
Everyone is so wonderful, at Long Island Dental Excellence. As soon as you walk in the door, everyone is so eager to help you and make you feel comfortable, that would include Ms. Graecie, Ms. Sherie, Ms. Tonya, Ms. Chrystal, Ms. Victoria, Ms. Donna and Dr. Mike.
