Today I met the office staff and the dentist for the first time. Everyone was friendly, very Covid careful, and make me feel very comfortable.
Dr. Rechter and his staff always make you feel so comfortable when visiting the office. His calm demeanor keeps the most anxious and restless patients CALM! If you want professionalism and kindness in a dentist - this is the office for you!! Thank you!
The new COVID-19 restrictions have not hampered this practice in any way (as far as I can see). They have always provided superior care with an especially clean environment. I still feel extremely comfortable arriving for my appointment and continue to receive a perfect patient experience.
This was my first visit to the office. The front desk was warm and welcoming. Dr. Rechter was so gentle and allayed all of my fears. The hygienist was wonderful as well.

Once again, I had an outstanding experience at Long Island Dental Excellence. From the minute you walk in the door you are greeted with friendly, courteous and kind staff. My hygienist, Victoria, does an outstanding job. Always so thorough and gives good dental hygiene tips to ensure healthy teeth and gums. Today I visited Dr. Rector's immaculate office. His staff is very caring and helpful. Gracie,the receptionist, was actually able to move up my appointment from Wed. to Tues. because she knew I was having alot of discomfort. Dr. Rector is a talented dentist who relieved my discomfort. He also answered all my questions.
I was the Director of Patient Relations For North Shore Hospital for 20 years and it was clear to see that your staff has been highly trained in Service Excellence. Keep up all the good work!!!
