Excellent healthcare!
This is a very clean facility.professional attentive caring Drs nurses and Staff I would highly recommend this pulmonoligist building.its 5 stars all the cross the board.
Ever since this place was run by NY Langone, it has gone down the toilet. Doctors are great, office staff are garbage. Attitudes at the front desk, incorrect billing ne 4 years now, when you call all you keep getting is voice-mail and no one ever calls you back. The office manager who runs this place needs to be fired!!!
Love this office been there now 4 times.. I see Dr Lau he is great! Wish there were more doctors out there like him. My first visit he sat listened to why I was there then asked questions. I didn’t feel rushed I’m continuing my care with him. Every visit so far has been this way. And I’d like to add the nurses are wonderful and the office girls always get right back to me and I’ve never waited longer then maybe 5 minutes past my appointment time. I’d 100 percent recommend them to my friends and family…
