The overall build was OK with really good management but a few plumbing blunders have made my life a living hell with a big whole at the front of my house from 2 months. The drain pipe outside my house is holding water instead of flowing to the drain and instead of fixing it they added a flow register with a U bend so no one can see it. Very shifty workers and the plumber fixing it is accepting to the shifty work he was doing and saying it will cost us more to do a proper fix. Long Island Homes have been the best decision I’ve made for my first home. The process from start to handover has been one of the smoothest ones with Danae and Sean being absolute champions in my home building journey. Absolutely would recommend! And a special thank you to my sales consultant, Chandrakant bhai, who was an absolute treat to work with from the get go. Understood my requirements, suggested the right approach to go about the designs and floorplans and guided me in all aspects of the building stages.
