We first got introduced to Long Island Homes back in 2023. During our visit to their office, we had the pleasure of meeting the CEO, who was incredibly down-to-earth and guided us through the entire process. We were also supported by Chandra, who was consistently communicative and respectful, and Donna, who guided us every step of the way. I had a really bad experience with Long Island home. Handover was done with due of a lot of fixing. They committed to fix it within a week but they never appeared. I am tired of sending massage to supervisor and emailing to maintenance team but supervisor kept promising they send tradie soon but never happened and maintenamce team has not time to respond the email as well. Very poor service and I am waiting for fixing it.

Dean visited our home to complete some maintenance work, he was very helpful and assisted me with additional Enquiries. He also was very helpful and happy to extend his time on a request I made at the time about something unrelated to the maintenance list and he offered to finish the job for me Your a legend Dean Thank you
