*scam* Horrible customer service and post sale interaction regarding an issue caused by the dealer for putting the Vin assigned for my purchase to another golf cart then telling me there’s nothing they can do about it. Save yourself the hassle and do business elsewhere. owner refuses to speak to us and sales reps are completely disrespectful after driving 2 hours to try and clear up this issue.
Beware of the scam ** Purchased a golf cart for our family outing - no negotiations- paid full price no problems. Delivered to my door. Following day realized no paperwork was sent. Asked for a cert of origin or title. Was told we would have to bring it back in to ReVin”” the equipment because they gave my certificate of origin to a different cart owner. Asked for my check back since it’s only been 36 hrs from purchase. Nothing no solution. Just a 20K golf cart sitting in my yard with no paperwork. Terrible services.

The golf cart itself is spectacular and exactly what I was hoping for. No complaints whatsoever about the actual product. Unfortunately, the customer service and post sale experience was one of the worst transactions I have ever been involved in. Communication was consistently poor, timelines repeatedly changed, and there was very little accountability throughout the process.
