The people answering the phones are very rude as well as the receptionist behind the desk. They generally tell you to just walk in and that there are no appointments available. You can wait 2 to 3 hours to be seen. Even when you do have a follow up appointment, patients with appointments are not seen before others and again the wait can be over an hour. Dr. Marx lacks bedside manner. She can be rude and abrasive. Dr Onal has a better bedside manner but she is not in the office every day
My wife has gone 4 years,,...dr.s frequently change and her migrane is always worse after that woman
