Everyone in the office is kind and accommodating. Dr. Backer took the time to explain all my options to me in a very caring manner.
Staff was exceptionally inviting and friendly. They were able to see me right away during the busy holiday season to fix a chipped tooth. The work was great and the tooth looks like the chip had never happened. Overall a great experience and look forward to seeing them again in the future. I would recommend Long Island Dental to anyone.
No one beats Dr. Rechter and his amazing staff at Long Island Dental Excellence!! From the day I walked in there they all treated me like family. Dr. Rechter was able to make my lifelong dream come true. He gave me an amazing smile I could be proud of. I love how special they have all made me feel, as if I was their only patient. I highly recommend them!!
Very friendly staff. Nice modern and clean facility.They offered recommendations for oral surgery. Dr Rechter made me feel at ease and I felt I was the only patient in the office with the attention given to me.
I just went in for a routine cleaning but have had other dental work done in the past. The entire staff was friendly and professional, just like they always are. Dr Rechter is excellent! He has installed two crowns for me and filled several cavities. I have never had any complaints and don't dread going to the dentist like I used to when I was a kid. I highly recommend Long Island Dental Excellence.
It was a pleasure walking into a Dr.'s office and being treated immediately and efficiently. the staff was very professional and "on the ball". The Dr. was very informative as to what had to be done and took the time to educate me what was going on with my teeth and the procedure to which was being done. He was patient and willing to make sure I understood everything. The office was open, and bright and clean. Finally, a visit to the dentist where I didn't feel I had to go holding my mother's hand.
