If there was a way to give more than 5 stars, I would do it. I was having a tooth issue over the past few days. I called yesterday, and they actually made room for me to see Dr. Richter today. What value can you give to that? He took several xrays of the area in question, and didnt even charge me anything for the visit! The quality of service is as high as can be, not only Dr. Richter, but the entire staff. There might be other quality places out there, but I will match Long Island Dental Excellence up against any. I loved my visit from the big bear in the dental chair getting his check up which made me feel great, to the dental hygienist making it extra fun, and the dentist checking my teeth and giving me a great report, and everyone in the office being so nice to me and my brother!!!
Very satisfied with the services provided by the entire staff. They are a joy to enter act with and they do so while remaining professional. Staff demonstrates a sense of caring and is informative about the procedures they're performing as well as their rational for decisions made. One physician, who did not provide any of my procedures, asked how did everything go for me? I truly appreciate each member of Long Island Dental Services. Thank you.
I had an emergency and was looking to change dentists and after seeing some recommendations I tried LI Dental Excellence. It was the best dental visit I have ever had in my life. From the person who greeted me at the reception desk to the dental assistant, the dentist himself and the patient coordinator, no one could have been nicer. My visit was all smiles. The staff were all warm and friendly, and more important, experienced. The worked well together with no second requests for anything. My procedure was a lengthy one but no unnecessary waiting. I had no discomfort and no side-effects.

This was the second time I had an experience wihth Dr. Spilberg. Most importantly he is very caring and he makes sure to answer all my questions, patiently!! Also, I am very impressed with his knowledge and skills. Denise, Hygienist - I was so happy with her. I liked the way she worked on my teeth during the cleaning - gentle but decisive. I didn't mind that she was tough on me as far as my home care and getting me to do what I need to do. It's never enjoyable except for the staff who are consistently great. I continue to be impressed by the professionalism of the office.
