I felt very secure when visiting Long Island Dental Excellence my dentist gave me some confidence that he will help me get my beautiful smile back. When you have as much confidence and faith in your dentists it makes you want to come back even when you don't want to come back. This was the most comfortable teeth cleaning I have ever had. Their relaxing atmosphere and state of the art equipment made this visit very pleasant.
Professional services provided in a beautiful up to date office.
I loved the staff. We felt welcomed the minute we walked in from the receptionist, to the hygienist. My kids came from a very friendly, comfortable atmosphere with there previous dentist who retired. So they were a little nervous about the new office. But I am happy to say they loved it here. The staff was amazing, professional and very informative on what they needed to do with their teeth.
Very beautiful and comforting environment. Everyone is so professional and genuinely cares about clients.
As always, at Long Island Dental Excellence, the experience was amazing from the minute I walked through the doors. Everyone is so kind, curteous and upbeat that I look forward to my dental appointments.The work is beautiful and I find myself falling asleep while I'm being worked on. Glad to have found them - have had lots of less than great experiences in the past. Finally a dental practice where you are treated like a partner in your plan instead of being talked down to. Super staff, bright new office, very professional. Haven't completed work yet, but I am optimistic to be sure.
From the moment I stepped into the office, staff members who came in contact with me were very helpful. A girl behind the desk greated me with a smile and even shook my hand to introduce herself. The girl who took my x-rays was patient of my gag reflexes and the hygienist was extremely compassionate about my medical history and was also thorough. I look forward to a long lasting relationship.
