I have been going to Long Island Dental Excellence for a few years now. The whole staff is warm and friendly. My teeth never looked better! I will start bringing my girls now that they are old enough not to have to go to a kids dentist. Never a long wait and the office is spotless!
There is not a proper way to describe my relationship with Dr. Rechter and his staff, that includes all the staff. Naturally I know some staff more others and they are always polite, fun and caring. The dental experiences I have had since I started with Dr. Rechter are beyond words. His concern is obvious, explains what is being done and where we are in the process. How often do people say “ I hate going to the Dentist “ I’m no exception, but meeting Dr Spilberg and having him treating me changed my whole View ! He’s a excellent, caring Dentist with a Staff that’s nothing less than wonderful! His office is modern and very comfortable, I highly recommend this Practice to anyone, especially patients who are anxious, I actually look forward to my next visit as he will give me the best care .
First off you meet Sherrie , she’s the office manager whom I refer to as my “ Valium “ no matter how anxious I am ( trust me I get very anxious) she calms me down . Then I was fortunate enough in an Emergency in February to meet Dr Spilberg ! What I love about him the most aside from his caring manner is he’s conservative! Very friendly, knowledgeable, clean and a great overall atmosphere once you enter to once you leave.
The staff at Dr. Rechter's are professional, kind, happy. It is my happy place for my dental health. Thank you Dr. Mike for always being there for me. The BEST DENTAL OFFICE and I very highly recommend you make this office your happy place also.
When I walk into the office, Sherry and Gracie give me a nice greeting. Denise and Crystal make the effort to make me feel comfortable while they are cleaning my teeth. Dr. Spilberg is very professional and also makes the effort to make me feel comfortable while examining my teeth.
It's not often a happy time visiting a medical office, but its sooo much easier visiting Dr. Rechter's Long Island Dental Excellence office than many other medical oofices I visit here and my other hometown of Myrtle Beach! Dr. Rechter and his very excellent competent staff make you feel like you are the only patient in the office!
