These doctors (&owner!) never return phone calls! AND I just had a terrible experience with the “office manager”(@Massapequa location)-Kerri-Ann”! She slammed down the phone on me after making me crazy trying2get my Rx’s renewed correctly! The same problem happened last year! The wrong rx’s were incorrectly sent2 the wrong pharmacies without the necessary refills! They even sent rx’s to the wrong pharmacies that I don’t even use!?!
