I must say I Am TRULY happy that I’ve taken my baby to see DR Renna!!!!! She was one of the best Doctors I’ve came across ..... I work in the medical Field and have dealt with many doctors and DR Renna made me feel so at ease .... I walked in their panicking and left with ease that my baby is in AMAZING hands! All the staffs was very foremast and helpful..... They do follow up calls which not a lot of doctors do these days .. I can honestly say Dr Renna loves what she does ! I found a rabbit a few years back w it's leg completely severed and hanging off by a thread of skin. I caught the rabbit and took him to Dr. Shachar Malka. The next time I saw Peter the Rabbit, he was a four legged bunny hopping around as if nothing had ever happened. So today I found an injured hawk just stranded on our deck and took him to the best animal doctor ever. On top of his knowledge and good work, he's also very caring and nice :)
The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I really felt that my bird was in the best hands possible. They were quick to answer any questions I had as well. The environment is also very clean. I truly appreciate everything they have done for my bird
Dr. Shachar Malka and his staff is first rate, if i could i would give a 6 stars review . I saw other avian vets who missed diagnosed and prescribed the wrong treatment for my sick parrot . After researching the best avian doctors in the state i was lucky enough to find doctor Malka , whos knowledge and care saved my parrots life.
Dr. Malka and his incredible team responded to my baby African Grey emergency immediately, well after normal business hours. They were responsive, kind, patient and unsurprisingly, insanely knowledge. They took incredible care of my bird. I highly recommend this clinic and will surely be using them for all my avian veterinary needs!
We brought our sick little budgie to see Dr. Renna. She and the whole staff were so kind, gentle, and knowledgeable. We are very grateful to all of them. Definitely worth the drive from eastern Long Island to their practice. Many thanks <3
I took my Amazon parrot this morning for his first vet visit here. The staff is extremely friendly and patient. George did well and is now happily resting after a fantastic experience.
If you have an exotic pet this practice is a must for you. Everyone, from the front desk, to the techs, right up to Dr Malka are caring, courteous and professional. I highly reccomend visiting them. Thank you Dr Malka!
