Always fast and to the point. All good!
I was very comfortable as usual getting my teeth cleaned. Staff very friendly and professional. I don't look forward to dental appointments but was made comfortable and at ease.
Was able to see Doctor Barkley very quickly and he took care of my problem tooth I have been his patient for 30 years and he has always taken care of my dental needs
Sherry was really great and I was nervous when I had found out that Kim was no longer there and then Dr. Barclay was not there either. Dr Harding was also good to me and offered me some good advice. Will have to crank up the gas so that I do have "dental" anxiety next visit. Please let them all know this Dr. Barclay.....You know me!!!! LOL
Everyone in the office at Long Hollow Dentist provided excellent customer service. Everyone was attentive to my care from the receptionist to the doctor. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth demonstrated excellent customer service from the time she welcomed me with a smile and how she was attentive to me throughout the cleaning she was constantly concerned about my comfort ability level.
This was my first visit to Long Hollow Dental as we're new to the area, and the entire staff was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly! They got me in very quickly, and covered all my questions and concerns. It was a great experience. Couldn't recommend them enough!
