Dr. Barkley has been my dentist for over 30 years. During the short period, I was away, I did use another dentist, but each time, the dentist recommended some preventive treatment just incase my teeth every gave me problems whenever I returned home. Dr. Barkley performed an examination; he simply stated he has a different treatment philosophy. He doesn't see the need for treatment when there is no pain, sensitivity issues, or cracking.
