Longs has provided excellent customer service and have thoroughly communicated with me through various projects.
I called as the units on our building were not working. I called and wanted an appt, they could not schedule, but then they came the same day. They sent Jack. Jack is about 25. I am 50. I was concerned, but for no reason. He was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and a nice guy. We will be using this company for our heating and cooling needs
They were nice and worked around my schedule. But charged way to much for the job I needed, and never called me to tell me the price and when they were charging me. Their employee had poor hygiene an manors which also was upsetting considering they were in and out of my house.
