Had a visit scheduled closer to the end of the month, but I expressed a desire to come in earlier. The staff reached out to me as soon as there was an opening and was able to bring me in. If you're not a patient yet, you're missing out on some EXCELLENT service and a wonderful doctor.

Long Grove Dental Studio was originally recommended to me by a friend that I worked with. My wife was having an issue resulting from poor quality work done in the Ukraine. I was surprised that the Doctor called after I spoke to the receptionist and she showed true concern for my wife?s problem. In short, they are professional people offering great service. I had a good experience however, their was an estimated amount I paid and then I received a bill for $26 more. That all I am okay with but what I don't think is right is the fee for finance charges. Only .34 so not a huge deal but it was the first invoice I had received after you estimated what my insurance would cover. Also, I receive way too many emails from your practice. I would rather see an email for reminders to my next appointment and every now and then promotional. Not every few weeks. A little annoying.
