I recently rented a home in Avalon through L&F paying the premium rental fee for two weeks. When we arrived we discovered that the refrigerator was not working in the 2nd floor kitchen area.We learned that the fridge had not been working for some time but we were never advised prior to our arrival.We were told that a part would be ordered but the refrigerator would not be fixed for at least another week.
