Sadly not a good experience, brought an offer to the table but failed to get the earnest deposit, sold a lot of my household items to remove from the house for a quick sale, a costly mistake
Horrible experience. I was trying to get information about selling my mom's home. Agent was full of negativity, tried to impress us with her "years & years" of experience and wanted to low ball the price of the house. Sat in a cramped lobby as she wanted to show comparable houses, after we'd told her we'd been watching the market for the last six months. I ask an agent to show me a home and just because i didnt have a pre approval letter she wouldnt show me the home so i went with another realtor. I was very disappoiinted in her. I have never had an agent tell me that. She said thats the way she does it

We dealt with a realtor, Carol Harold, in the Long and Foster of Martinsburg, WV through a transaction and we were left with a few concerns. We were the buyers. She represented the sellers. After we made an offer we learned that her sellers were not available and would not respond for 4 days, and she would not say why. She claimed they were on vacation and didn’t do email.
