I Moved in home 1/2020. Home was not cleaned. Notes from property managers in lease stated so. Moved out of home 1/24/2021. Carpet was cleaned and home cleaned on 1/19/2021 with receipt provided. Property manager choose not to honor receipt and charge me for it to be redone. Home has had termites, pest (roaches, lizard, rats) in home. Pipes knock during day and night due to termites eating wood insides walls. Maintenance informed me that landlord would not take care of problem due to price.
