This place is a joke. Absolutely stay away from these people
Apparently, Michelle Jones has zero management or people skills, judging by the other reviews. Stay away!!!
Maybe if a customer asked you to change something, months ago... you might change it. Customer service is a thing in this industry.
Wish I could give zero stars horrible customer service. They just try and get as much money out of you as they can.
DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPEL!!!!!! SOME OF THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER SEEN.
Can I give zero stars? Tracy Terry, Michelle Jones. ..they whole lot of the property management team needs to go back to customer service 101. I'm looking to report this office to the BBB and anyone else who will listen. This has been the worst rental experience ever.
