Maybe if a customer asked you to change something, months ago... you might change it. Customer service is a thing in this industry.

Can I give zero stars? Tracy Terry, Michelle Jones. ..they whole lot of the property management team needs to go back to customer service 101. I'm looking to report this office to the BBB and anyone else who will listen. This has been the worst rental experience ever.
