I would give zero stars if it was an option. If you need a property management company, I would highly recommend you run the opposite direction of this company. All they want is your money, not to actually do any of the "property management". After three years doing business with them I was the one in the wrong because the property manager assigned to me was incompetent, unprofessional, and rude. My family and I recently rented a home from Long and Foster's Property Management division and I have to say it was one of the most polite, pleasant, and professional experiences I have ever had when renting a home or apartment. I recently bought my first home. Relocating from the Hampton Roads area, I was not very familiar with the area here. My agent left no questions unanswered and was always available throughout the process. I highly recommend this team to anyone looking for property in the area!

We had the best experience selling our house with Long and Foster. The agent made recommendations for getting the house ready for sale that resulted in us getting a contract in just 2 weeks. The support from the office during the contract negotiation process was timely and professional. I definitely would recommend Long and Foster Elizabeth City if you are buying or selling a home!
