I can't imagine how they're paying the rent at their little shack in Collegeville. I inquired over a month ago about a property and never heard back from anyone. I tried two more attempts at calling the office and realtor that was "presenting" the property and was met with zero responses. I'm glad that this occurred because I've read the other reviews about them only caring about money and the poor management style.
