An absolutely wonderful experience dealing with Kristen McDonald. She was extremely competent and thorough in her research. She answered my calls promptly and answered all my questions. She dealt with the Township, Penn Trails Enironmental, and the Engineering Company to get the proper documentation to close.
The worst experience ever and very unprofessional Joe Gray I do not understand why he did not show me the basement in my apartment how it was mold infested now it’s causing me to have health issues
Wonderful experiencee. Agent was knowledgeable and considerate. Showed us houses where we wanted to be and then some options in areas we hadn't considered. All in all a great experience.
Agent was incompetent. Set up wrong day for listings, tried pushing areas we were not interested in on us. Ultimately, we ended up using a different realtor due to our time being wasted. Beware!
