From the time they arrived (right on time!) to the time that they left my new home they communicated every step with me. The price was great for the quality provided. In addition to large appliances I had several small, fragile boxes and everything arrived in great condition!
The movers were absolutely great. These guys don't laze around on the clock - they work hard. They carried all our belongings easily up and downstairs in our townhouse. They were very careful and swift. Nothing was broken or lost. All went smoothly.
The move all went smoothly. The two fellows who came to do the work were very helpful as the quickly packed up and moved out in the short access window we had been given.
Two guys arrived promptly. Paul and Brandon Moved and packed the truck efficiently. Unpacked and helped set up. Very polite, easy going and flexible.
All my furniture was either shrink wrapped or blanketed. They were very careful with my glass curio cabinet, first removing the shelves, then wrapping it up very well. There was no hint or suggestion of taking a break or slowing down. It really helps to have movers who are in good shape!
The office team was also great to deal with, they were very responsive in answering questions and very accommodating. Price was over what I origannly was quoted but that’s to be expected
Generally careful. Underestimated amount of time it would take to move, but management agreed to revise final bill to both our satisfaction. Drove truck on my neighbor's lawn but company agreed to repair it. Company is committed to doing good work and righting things that went wrong during move.
storage locker to condo to home. The entire process, from upfront pricing, guidance, communication, to actual move-day was effortless. These guys are professional in every way. The movers are polite, quick, careful, and clean. Not a single bend, chip, fall, etc. I highly recommend.
Reasonable rates, very professional, friendly, helpful and punctual. Clean truck. Great communication and follow up. First time move but not the last. The movers came a bit late but the traffic here in the city is unbearable so its understandable
