1. They sell fake jadeite bracelets with the price of genuine ones. We showed them the proof that it was fake, they didn’t admit it and insisted it was real, and didn’t give us the refund. (The company that gave the certificate was famous for giving fake identifications, but I didn’t notice it in the beginning. The website on it could not be found. I WOULD GIVE IT A 0 stars if possible. First, rude costumer service and the old lady extremely rude and it doesn’t even wanna sell anything to you. THEY WILL ACT NICE AND FRIENDLY BUT IF YOU DONT BUY ANYTHING WILL THEY GET GIVE YOU SIDE EYES. Rude customer service the sales person says "why did you have me take out the box if we weren't going to buy". We were on a search for jade bracelet but my mom didn't see one she liked. We never asked to take anything out, she took it out herself while trying to size my moms hand. If you know about jade you know they have multiple looks. It's about finding the one you want. I don't recommend this place because I guess we are forced to buy whatever they show us
