For the price of most of these rentals in this building it is ridiculous they wouldn’t mention the ongoing construction and renovations. There are ZERO handicap spots as they have them closed for construction, great, we were informed it would be ADA accessible. When we arrived one of the two elevators was down, three of the beach access gates were closed with no proper signage. Beautiful
Longbeach room 0805. Tower 2. Room was horrible and nasty, we spent the 1st afternoon cleaning. We had to go buy bed linens and comforter before we would even touch the bed. There were car air fresheners in all the air vents. The knobs came off the dresser when we tried to open the drawers. The patio furniture is rusting apart. It is clear the owners of this condo, do not care what it looks like and havent been there in years. We were lied to about everything in the room and on the beach.
