Young Nurses 20-30, should not be pulling family members aside and saying that a bed sore, in her years of experience, is what a sore, like that, looks like just prior to death!! Nursing staff is aware of my complaint, that was 5th floor, newbie side, about 4 mos.ago.

People Who work there don’t keep the patient in mind ,or the visitors who are concerned with the people they’re coming to see ,I needed a drivers license to get a cup of coffee , in the cafeteria ,when they finally let me go in it took 10 minutes before they even let me go and get the coffee ,came there to see a patient , The girls at the DESK we’re so busy talking to each other , that they were mad when I interrupted them , rude , not professional , and ghetto, and no training on how to treat visitors-there .
