Birth Center! I had a excellent experience with the delivery of my son 1/6/2020.
Long Beach memorial is very very clean. The staff are very nice, nurses really comfort the patient. I saw the nurses wiping down beds in surgery recover with disinfectant wipes and the bathrooms was super clean. I saw the custodian clean everything in the waiting room.

It took a month to get an appointment. The girl in the EEG scheduling wouldn't return my calls, was highly incompetent. Then when I finally got an appointment 3 weeks out the day of my appointment I receive a call they are cancelling because of some insurance thing. This should have been dealt with weeks before I came in. And the girl who called to cancel was so rude and smug about it, non apologetic when I was in tears because of the crap I had already gone through getting my appointment in the first place.
