12/21/16 was my first time at Long Beach Family Optometry. They were very obliging to me. I am 96% deaf and the doctor, when asking if #1 or #2 was better during the examination, he tapped me on my forearm. Was not rushed when making a decision about my new glasses. Very friendly staff! Would recommend them to anyone. ❤️
I always feel secure, cared for, and positive whenever I receive any services and treatment here no matter what I come here for, just a checkup, getting glasses, or contacts, I have insurance to cover most of my expenses but instead of settling for mediocre, I would rather come here and pay a little for exceptional service. I don't pay much because Dr. Prasad and his staff work with the pricing to also make it affordable. I highly recommend coming here for your vision needs, thank you! :)
