Professional and efficient with a pleasant personality
My appointment was made over the phone. When asked for the address I was given 900 21st Ave N. The appointment was 4 PM. When I arrived at 3 PM I was told my appointment was at the Waccamaw location. The staff offered to run the scan for me at the location solving a problem. Very nice, extremely accommodating. May be learning experience for the phone staff to make certain the correct address is given. I am blessed there was a mistake!! I definitely got the “A Team”. Another example of mysterious ways.
The staff was great there. Worked to get my imaging done while I was there even though someone had cancelled it in scheduling.
From the front desk to the back everyone is very welcoming, very easy to make an appointment, they always pick up the phone when you need them.
