Okay. They installed a brand new Bosch system and a Mitsubishi mini split in a new house we had built. First when we got CO on house we received zero instruction on operating these two systems. Mitsubishi was making a strange clicking sound. Builder told me to turn off and call them. They came out and went in it and said installer failed to remove some shipping brackets/supports. I have a variable speed Bosch heat pump that was installed by a Columbia company as part of a larger solar energy project. It has never been right. I’ve had the installing company here three times to try to straighten out the issues, but they’re just not smart enough to work on these systems. Bosch themselves referred me to this company. They responded quickly to my call, were able to address one of the issues immediately on that service call and are preparing an estimate for me to perform additional work that is supposed to... read more
