I had been bringing my dog here since I got him 7 and a half years ago. The last time I brought him in was his first time at the new larger facility. When I came to pick him up, the staff couldn't tell me where he was for half an hour. When I posted this complaint on their Facebook page, they "Liked" it. We will not be coming back.
I took a 5-6 day old kitten here & the staff was amazing! I couldn't ask for anyone or any company better! They showed me how to care for him properly, they got fleas off him, gave me powder milk to feed him. I couldn't be happier with the service I got here! 5 stars all the way & I highly recommend this vet to anyone who has a pet! I will definitely be bringing little Meeko (the 5-6 day old kitten) back here for all of his shots & any other treatment he needs.
We were out of town recently and boarded Riley and Spanky at Long Animal Hospital for a week. They both received great care in a wonderful facility. Spanky is almost 16 years old, deaf, and mostly blind, so we were initially concerned about boarding him, but the techs and docs monitored him closely - - - and I think he's doing even better now than before his stay. Thanks to everyone at Long Animal for taking such good care (as usual) of Riley and Spanky!!
I drove 2.5 hours to get here because I knew how awesome they were in our time of need. Amazing!
Love this place! A friend from work recommended it when I brought my puppy home about a year ago. I've taken him there since day 1 and have never thought about taking him anywhere else!! Great, friendly service every time : )
Great place to bring your pet if you have thousands of dollars to spend on a false sense of security. Heartless human beings, sweet to your face but driven by profit and will tell you anything at the expense of your pet to keep those checks coming. Message me, I will provide compete records and commentary. For the sake of your beloved pets do not get sucked into the pretend-care-money-machine. Awesome place
This is an amazing veterinary practice, with outstanding doctors, technicians, and office staff. We have been coming here for 8 years with our older bulldog and the past 2 years with our younger one. It is well worth the 40 minute drive from Union County to be with doctors who know this breed, although I would recommend them to anyone with any breed. Congratulations on winning first place in Best of 2013 Charlotte!
