This place is a joke, unbelievably unprofessional. Came in here for a diagnosis and waited several months to be given a questionnaire with no communication from the doctor. That was the whole process.
Providers treat patients like an intellectual exercise instead of patients. Do not go here. Get help anywhere else.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. When I tried to email the staff about confirming the date of my appointment since I couldn't exactly remember the date they told me through the phone, I was shocked when I received a reply that told me they only call patients 1 day in advance to confirm the appointment and (this is their words) "remembering appointment details is always the responsibility of the patient :)". The psychologist is not professional and can not hear English well. He kept asking many times to repeat again and again my answer to him. Don't go there, you will regret for sure
UPDATE: I went somewhere else that wasn't covered by my insurance, paid $100 less without insurance there than I paid with insurance here, and received the exact same test, in addition to several other tests and an interview over webcam. This took a few weeks instead of the several months it took at Lonestar.
