The slowest service ever! Average wait time to get a "server" to take an order is over 20 minutes. The manger Casey is truly a rude, horrible person who should be fired for her inability to manage a restaurant and unprofessional behavior.
RecommendedBreakfast food is more than you can eat and really good. One pancake fills a lg plate. Lunch has specials everyday. Example: Chicken Fried Steak, Meatloaf, Grilled Chicken wrap, Blackened Catfish, Fried Chicken livers, Lasagna. ( Today I had Club sandwich and husband had 1/2 lb Cheese burger. Both having ice tea which is served in Large glasses.

Food is okay, but service is two steps away from self serve. Gravy needs more flavor.
if you want to feel completely unwelcome this is the place for you. seated at the very last table in the very back of the restaurant in the smoking section with two small children, my grandmother who had a face mask on bc she has cancer and pregnant myself. also got my very simple order wrong and waited and waited to be served, refilled, or brought the bill. the food was good, but the service was insulting. we didn't want anything free, we made that clear, even tipped the server well, but no apology from the staff or manager... read more
I always enjoy breakfast at Lonesome Spur and have never left hungry. Great service as a bonus. Need to try lunch still, but am usually not hungry at that time because of their breakfasts!
