What an absolute joke! I completed the online form to have some work completed on my Navigator; I never heard one word from them! I left two phone numbers and an e-mail, too! My husband called to check on it and no one could/would tell him why we were ignored. No apologies or niceties even offered! He asked for a manager, and, SURPRISE, he had to leave a voicemail. I guess that Mr Gary Pearman is to busy to respond to my email I sent him regarding my experience at his dealership. I can say without hesitation that I will not now nor will I ever be recommending any of my friends to solicit that place. Very disappointed in the whole experience I had there.
Mr. Pearman saved my day! The wrecker service got me back running but said I wouldn't be able to remove my key with the gear device broken...and I was able to drive it to the dealership, but after the service Dept was closed. Thank you Mr. Pearman for opening up the garage for me! That's really super family service we can trust! And that's why we choose you first for Ford truck service! Thank you so much!
