This was not our first refinance with Lone. We had a wonderful experience the first time, so we returned for a second. She is professional, timely and knowledgeable. She made the whole process less stressful. We feel so lucky to have her in our court when it comes to home loans. If we are ever in need of another loan, she will be our first call.
