This is not our first experience with Lone and I'm sure will not be our last. She is amazing to work with, very efficient and professional. She never kept us waiting, if she didn't have immediate answer, she lets you know she'll get back as soon as she does. I loved, whenever I emailed my completed tasks, she always replied back within minutes, confirming receipt, that was always huge for me.
