Walked in and was not greeted!Finally after all 10 of the workers who were standing around looking decided who would seat us we were sat at a dirty table!We waited for ten minutes without even being helped!There was only 1 other customer there and then it dawned on me why!Terrible customer service!Terrible atmosphere!Terrible place!Almost reminds you of a old motel when u look around!Would never eat or visit this hole in the wall ever again!
Went to have a early dinner and the service was slow and then when we finally got the bread grabbed a plate the plate under it had not been cleaned still had food all over it. Needless to say i didn't stay for the food will never come back here and will make sure everyone knows how bad and disgusting this restaurant is someone should close the doors on this place
I realize its fathers day and it is crowed and all that... But we were brought right to a table 20 mins later i have to get the manager cause we have not seen a waiter or had our drink order taken . Finally 35 mins later they take our order. It has now been 1 hour no food! Not having a nice fathers day experience for my honey! UNHAPPY!
We are currently sitting here and very disappointed. Don't even know our waitresses name, she's very rude. she was 3 tables down asking if we were ready. they are out of chicken!! and the waitress never asked us if we wanted a refill on our drinks. we will be bringing our service somewhere else from now on!!
Love it, the steaks are great. I liked the atmosphere.
Worst experience ever !!! Mac n cheese arrived without the cheese , smelled terrible too. And chicken was not cooked , so food poisoning right there. The manager wouldn't come to our table after we asked 2 times for him , after the third time he finally came with an awful attitude , eye roll and smart mouth. We will NOT be back. Will take the drive to Siegen lane for some quality steakhouse instead !!!
The best thing about my meal was the A1 steak sauce.
The portions were not great for what I paid. Combine that with the food not being that good, and I won't be going back.
