dirty, overcooked food we went here for my husband's 26th birthday. It was the worst experience I've ever had at a Lone Star steak house. We loved the ones back in PA but this one just really dropped the ball. The food was all overcooked (ordered med. rare steaks got very very well done) and the service was awful. The floors and the tables were sticky with food from the people before us, and we didn't even have a large party (4 people). We have not been back and I would not reccomend this place to anyone wanting a good meal
Great people and service. I love their prime rib and blackened steak. Sometimes it takes a while for your food to come, but it is worth the wait. Their staff is always very nice.
Maybe that person is just stupid I currently work there (and eat there very often) and I can tell you the food is hardly ever over cooked, and if it is, we will bring you out a new steak and don't mind doing so (all you have to do is ask). If the person with the problem had simply spoken up and said something about what she/he disliked, i am sure the problem would have gotten resolved, and her meal would have even been comped, or discounted. It was my first visit and let me say. It was great. The environment was comfortable, the food was delicious. The hospitality outstanding, every server that passed by our table had a smile. Thank you Patryck for the invite...awesome!!
Thế Salmon was excellent and the Ribeye stakes were just ok. The 16 oz cuts were not that good. The server did not acknowledge my wife or son at all.
We had a good night. Our server was very nice and atentive to our needs.
