Great service, great food!!! Had a wonderful lunch with my mother, steak burger and bacon cheese fries!!! :)
Lone Star has to be the nastiest steak house we've been to, even tho I only got a salad I didn't even get to eat it due to our server pretty much putting her whole shirt sleeve in it and it having an over abundance of dressing and cheese & yes they still had us pay for it. And not to mention it took 45 minutes just to get our food even tho they definitely were not busy at all. Last time we go there! Disgusting.
Just had the worst dinner experience ever. Spoke with other couples who ate there today and they had the same experience. Hopefully they catch the runaway lunatics and have their normal staff next time. If im brave enough.
Arne Lahlum was the worst (I mean worst) general manager they ever had. He let all his other managers do all the work and he took all the credit. He did not know what he was doing at all. He didn't even know how many wings went on an order and he was the GM. What a loser!!!!
