Have been there twice, had Prime Rib both times...excellent!!
It was horrible. Not only did we have to wait 20 minutes to get in. They wouldn't let us in the bar because it was only one bartender. So when we finally got to order our food it took over a half an hour to get it. Wouldn't never go there again! And really it wasn't the server's fault it's a management and they didn't care.
I think the staff here could really benefit from some customer service training. Managers included.
