We had dinner here tonight. We never got our rolls, had to wait 15 mins while there were multiple empty tables, my food came out wrong, and then the server overcharged us for what we ordered. She did fix that after talking with her manager. We don't eat here often but after tonight it will be a while before we return if we do.
I had a great time our waitress Jade was amazing and sweet food was awesome.
Not what you pay for! I'd rather go to Texas Roadhouse anyday
Our server was rude. The wait staff was hanging out, talking and eating at the host stand. Our server knocked over our daughter's water and never cleaned it up. 35 minutes to get a bowl of Kraft macaroni?! Ridiculous.
Ordered lunch portion, dinner portion brought out, and of course, I had to pay for the dinner portion. Great food, they just need to pay more attention to detail.
This place sucks.
I can't believe I didn't walk out of this steakhouse. Service was s-l-o-w..and the food was of poor quality. I told my server and no offer was made to correct the problem. I will not be going back to lone star steakhouse.
