First time being here & will definitely be back! We actually chose it because Olive Garden was extremely busy next door lol Food was amazing, service was wonderful and fast. Our waitress was seriously one of the best servers I've ever had anywhere! Hopefully all the negative reviewers try it again and have a better experience like we did!
I LOVE this place, extremely busy tonight but we had WONDERFUL service and our food was GREAT! Great job tonight lone star servers- yall busted you're ass! :)
First time eating there and I was impressed! Blows outback and finleys away! Steak was perfect! Sides were fantastic I'm definitely coming back but feel bad I forgot to tip the waiter but next time I see him I'll be generous
Just aweful!! Will never go back! Took a while to even get our drinks. Salads were soaked in dressing. After an hour, our steaks came, ordered filet minion they brought us sirloin! No drink refills, no status updates on our long wait time. Kids meals were Kraft mac&cheese. Cheese burger came plain, not even cheese! After complaining, manager said she was only able to refund one of the five meals we ordered because of their "computer". What a crock!
The room temperature is usually set very cold, creating a uncomfortable visit. I don't like eating in my jacket. So we usually take sweat shirts or sweaters. For that reason we don't frequent as much as we use to. The service is hit and miss. But realizing this is a management problem that's easily remedied.
Food was lukewarm, baked potato was at least from the day before (dry and tough), and our waitress never came around to ask how our meals were or if we wanted another drink. We won't be going back. Liked it back in the day when you got a bucket of peanuts and you could throw the shells on the floor....
I was not impressed with food quality. Appetizer was burnt and the steaks were very bland.
Great atmosphere, sweet potatoes,steak and drinks yum!!!
