I ordered a buckle with Casey over email exchanges and she was absolutely wonderful. I had to change yhe design at least more than five times and she was very gracious throughout the entire process. Just got it in a few days ago and the buckle is absolutely gorgeous. Definitely way more than I ever could have imagined.
