Lone Star We chose this Storage facility because It is well fenced in, and have air-conditioned rooms. Four sizes rooms, and reasonable prices. The old ownership was better for the customers, it changed hand and went up a bit. Located on HIghway 155. No incidence of theft like others storage and very well lit.
Worst Customer Service Attempted to work with them on a simple U-Haul rental but instead faced an inept employee that tried to triple charge us while attempting to figure out the system she used daily. When the manager finally got involved it was to kick us out of the facility rather then address our problems. I have never experienced such terrible customer service, but luckily U-Haul moved our reservation over to a great location in Hawkins that was as amazingly good as this place was amazingly bad.
