I’ve been an excellent client with Lone Star for 25 years. They have received thousands of dollars of business from me. I paid a year in advance and asked for a half year refund when we decided to get cameras with another company. I honestly didn’t think asking for a $172 refund would arouse such behavior out of Bruce, the owner. It seemed a no brainer. I was even planning to write a nice review in parting.
