Everyone I had contact with-- the lady at the front window as well as the gentleman who was in the adjacent window greeting everyone who entered the business, both owners, and the serviceman who did the work--were unusually friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in many ways. Not only were they accommodating of my on-the-road predicament, they directed me to a close-by, nice RV park where I spent the night before driving my camper in for the repair.
